Holiday delay rule

A weekday holiday delays all pickups on or after the holiday by one day that week. Weekend holidays cause no change.

Upcoming holiday weeks

“Published schedule” means the city, township, or hauler posted this week's changes. “Based on holiday rule” means we applied the published rule to the calendar; confirm closer to the date.

Recycling

Single-stream curbside recycling, on your regular pickup day.

Yard waste: when the season ends

Yard waste ends the third week of December. Priority Waste lists December 18, 2026.

Bulk items

Up to 2 large items per week on your regular day at no cost. Extra trash bags outside the cart are not bulk and won't be collected. Freon must be removed and tagged, and refrigerator doors removed.
